How do I add missing data?

We have two approaches add missing data. Our preferred method is API-driven, but we will also explain how you can manually enter data that is missing.

API-Driven

While viewing your dispute workflow, click '+Add an integration to automatically import this data.' You will be redirected to the +Integrations page.

Manually-Driven: Order Data

While looking at the Orders Queue, click on the blue button that says ‘+Create A New Order Record' (top-left corner). As you enter it manually, the App will pull data from other sources in order to save time and effort in filling out the form.

Manually-Driven: Transaction Data

While looking at the Transactions Queue, click on the blue button that says ‘+Create A New Transaction Record' (top-left corner). As you enter it manually, the App will pull data from other sources in order to save time and effort in filling out the form.

Manually-Driven: Dispute Data

While looking at the Disputes Queue, click on the blue button that says ‘+Create A New Dispute Record' (top-left corner). As you enter it manually, the App will pull data from other sources in order to save time and effort in filling out the form.
