What is pre-arbitration?

Before filing for arbitration, the cardholder must file a pre-arbitration case in an attempt to resolve the dispute. It will allow the other participant (i.e., you) to respond in at least 30 calendar days from the date pre-arbitration was filed.

Pre-arbitration is also called a second chargeback or a second presentment.
