The Alerts section contains all of the information associated with transactions that haven’t issued a dispute, yet.
When Alerts are active, this section will show you a list of "soon-to-be" disputes, and your team can take the appropriate action.
If you want Alerts to appear on the Overview page, you will need to complete the alerts enrollment process. This is where you enter your company’s billing descriptors, merchant category code, etc.. The more you enter, the more accurate our Alerts will work for you.
Along with alerting you on potential disputes, the Chargeback App will notify you on every new dispute pulled from your processor.
